The Vietnam Association of Community Colleges (VACC) would like to express its sincere appreciation to the Application and Innovation Center (AI-C) – an affiliated unit of the Association – for its sponsorship and active contribution to the success of the 2026 Scientific Conference.
At the Conference, Mr. Le Trieu Hoang Trung, Director of AI-C, delivered a keynote address highlighting the Center’s mission of community service, innovation, and close partnership with VACC member institutions in advancing meaningful and practical education.
AI-C – Commitment aligned with VACC’s mission
In his remarks, Mr. Trung emphasized that AI-C was established with a clear and consistent purpose: to fulfill its commitment to the Association and its leadership by serving the community, supporting member institutions, and contributing to a healthy, substantive and sustainable educational environment.
AI-C takes pride in being part of VACC’s education and community engagement ecosystem, which is built not only on a broad membership network but also on long-term trust, sincerity, strong cohesion, and a non-formalistic, practice-oriented spirit developed over many years.
Key activities and contributions
Over the past year, AI-C has actively implemented a wide range of initiatives, including:
- Coordinating with VACC members to implement five international cooperation projects in education and training investment with partners from Japan, Taiwan, and other countries.
- Conducting two internal research projects in the field of biotechnology.
- Providing digital transformation consultancy and delivering short-term AI training programmes for teachers in remote and disadvantaged provinces such as Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen.
- Supporting communication, networking and advisory services for member institutions, and contributing to the introduction and admission of new VACC members.
A spirit of service and continued commitment
Mr. Trung also shared a meaningful reflection: the more actively AI-C operates, the more clearly it recognises that the true value of education and community development far exceeds measurable contributions. Education creates a knowledge-based environment that nurtures long-term well-being and shared prosperity.
AI-C reaffirmed its commitment to continue striving, guided by the simple yet powerful principle shared by the President of VACC:
“If there is anything good we can do for the community and for others, we should do our utmost.”
